'Sailing without Limits' (“Vela Sem Limites”) project celebrates 10 years of activity. The ceremony took place on 24th October at Clube Naval de Cascais. Charles Lindley, partner of the Lindley Group and mentor of this project that allows people with disabilities to practice adapted sailing, received on that date a recognition from the British Empire for the work carried out on adapted sailing in Portugal. At the ceremony, the book "10 Years of Sailing Without Limits" was also presented, promoted by the Municipality of Cascais in partnership with the Clube Naval de Cascais and CERCICA, where it is possible to relive the main moments of this project of inclusion through the practice of adapted sailing. Lindley started its collaboration with 'Vela Sem Limites' about 10 years ago when, in partnership with other entities, it executed a simple and practical pontoon that allowed people with reduced mobility access to water.
