Rehabilitation of the Floating Dock of the Algés Nautical Center
22-03-2017
Lindley has carried out the rehabilitation of the floating dock at the Algés Nautical Center, which was supplied and installed in 2012. This rehabilitation became necessary due to wear and tear from intensive use and damage caused by several storms, which required repairs for safety reasons.
The project included the refurbishment of the aluminum maritime structures, the repair of the mooring rings for piles, and the supply of connection sets between the dock modules. Lindley's technicians installed the components of the floating structures and placed the pontoons in the water. They also assembled the access walkway.
Lindley's expertise in this type of floating solutions for marinas was crucial in securing this project, as it involved the use of existing equipment and adapting it to a solution that met the client's needs, thus enabling the continued operation of the Algés Nautical Center.
