Expansion of the floating area at Marina Port de Mahón

Marina Port de Mahón inaugurates an attached floating dock in its concession at Punta de Cala Figuera, in the Levante Pier. Almarin, through the awardee Tanit Ibiza Port, has equipped the port with an aluminum floating dock intended for complementary services.

Almarin's technical team succeded matching the freeboard of the new dock to the existing dock, ensuring a perfect connection using specifically designed pieces to assemble different types of profiles. Additionally, it needed to have the capacity to support a 400kg structure.

The dock has a length of six meters and a one-meter freeboard, featuring an ecological composite flooring and equipped with six polyethylene floaters.
